Happiness Bird Punch

One of my favorite things in the new Occasions Mini catalog is the Extra Large Two-Step Bird Punch. Stampin' Up! created a new type of punch that was released with the Occasions Mini. It locks shut and stores flat so you can stack them on top of each other. How great is that? The greeting is from the Whimsical Words set found in the SAB catalog. The kids had a great time doing the class and their completed projects turned out great.

Hope Happens Gift Set

My Super, Amazing Mom was diagnosed with Breast Cancer about 3 1/2 years ago. When she saw the Ribbon of Hope stamp and the Hope Happens stamp set, she knew she had to have them.

Here is a candle that she stamped and well as some coordinating cards. What a cute gift set?!!

Sweet Pea Birthday

I absolutly LOVE, LOVE the new Sweet Pea Designer Paper Pack and Stitched Felt Flowers. They have so many beautiful colors in the paper and the Felt Flowers add so much to your card. Both the Paper pack and the Felt Flowers can be found in the Occasions Mini catalog.

Build-A-Bear Card Class

Today after school I am holding a card making class for K-4th graders at our school. I decided to go with the Beary Best Friends theme. They will be making 4 cards, a bookmark, decorate a notepad and a pen.

Here are 2 of the cards they will be doing. I wanted them to come up with their own coloring ideas so I have left my uncolored, but they will be using the markers, colored pencils and blender pens to color theirs in.

Very Thankful Peacock

Here is a card I did for our last demonstrator meeting. Every month we have a themed swap, this months was using Sale-A-Bration or Occasion Mini sets. Mine used the I (Heart) Hearts set and the Well Scripted both from the Occasions Mini Catalog. This is a super quick card to create. I also used the Scallop Trim Border punch from the Sale-A-Bration catalog, earn it FREE by spending $50.

Sweet Treats Valentine

Here is a quick, easy Valentine card I whipped up for my Hubby this weekend. I saved the center that I punched out and popped it up in the corner of the card using a dimensional. I filled the treat cup with some nerds and added a little glitter to the heart. I LOVE the Dazzling Diamonds glitter.

Faux Alligator Purse

Here is another technique card from my last class. This one is the Faux Alligator Technique. It uses the Top Note Big Shot die folded in half the long way. Cover one side completly with the Versamark pad. Next use clear embossing powder and then using your bone folder draw lines to give it an alligator skin look. Heat with your embossing gun.

Valentine Hinge Card Technique

Tonight at my monthly Technique class we will be doing this Valentine Hinge Card. This is super easy to do. Your card base is 5 1/2 x 4 1x4 . Your 2 top layers are each 4 1/4 x 3.
