Typical Minnesota Halloween, needing to put your costumes on top of your winter jackets, hats and mittens. The kids didn't seem to mind the cold as they went door to door trick or treating.
I made some treat bags for the neighbor kids using Cello Bags. To make the pumpkins I punched out 3 ovals using the Small Oval Punch and used the Modern Label Punch for the Stem. The wheel is the Frightful Fence Jumbo Wheel.
